To Get Remote Help from a technician, follow these instructions:
FIRST: If you are already a Cobbwebs Remote Support client, Call, Email, or Text IT Larry and click on the icon on your desktop.
If you are NOT a Cobbwebs Remote Support client, click on the option you want:
1) Support ONE TIME ONLY, or
2) CONTINUOUS MONITORING AND SUPPORT ANY TIME you need it for a LOW monthly or annual fee, then
3) Click the appropriate Button to start the process.
4) Allow the program(s) to run and follow instructions to setup the remote session.
